within the USA is FREE
International orders are welcome! We generally offer
only one service for international shipping and that is
USPS Express Mail cost is approximately($35.00) No automatics
shipped outside the USA.
The Custom Knife return
policy is: (read carefully)
We are sincere in our efforts to provide you with accurate
information on all knives that we list. If for any reason
you are not happy with our merchandise contact us by phone(203.459.4301) within three(3) days of receipt of your
order. Instructions will be given on where to return the
knife. All knives have a three(3)day inspection period.
And a returned knife must be in the same condition as
it was shipped and must be received by us within five(5)
days of the date we provide you with return instructions.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Natural handle materials are not warranted by The Custom
Knife and are usually not covered by the makers warranty. Ivory is particularly
sensitive to humidity and temperature changes.
