We are sincere in our efforts to provide you with accurate information on all knives that we list. If for any reason you are not happy with our merchandise contact us by phone(636-300-1482 or 203-459-0104) within three(3) days of receipt of your order. Instructions will be given on where to return the knife. All knives have a three(3)day inspection period. And a returned knife must be in the same condition as it was shipped and must be received by us within five(5) days of the date we provide you with return instructions. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Natural handle materials are not warranted by The Custom Knife and are
usually not covered by the makers warranty. Ivory is particularly
sensitive to humidity and temperature changes.
